You will receive shipping confirmation along with your bill, which you need to confirm for shipping purposes. |

Pay your order via Western Union, Bank Transfer, or Paypal so we can reserve the hair for you. |

Once we receive your payment, you will receive a payment confirmation and shipping schedule from our Customer Service Representative. An order status is also sent to those orders that are not ready. |

In packing your order, hair was bundled using a rubber band and labeled according to its length and style. It was wrapped in A3 paper (maximum of 5 packs per roll) then, to make it more convenient for the client, the quantity and hairstyle are indicated outside each roll. For 1 to 1.5kg orders, we usually put it in FedEx Pack, for 2kg orders, we put it in FedEx Medium Box and for 3kg orders, we put in FedEx Large Box. You may refer to the photos below for packing guide. |

| Step 8. |
After shipping your order, we will send you the Airway Bill Number or tracking number so you may track your package. You will also receive a shipping update so you are aware where your package is. |

After you receive your order, we will ask for your feedback for the order received. |
