| A | : | Single drawn hair may be produced from any ponytail or group of ponytails, with natural long and short strands. It has natural ends like your own hair which is thinner towards the end. Double drawn hair on the other hand is comprised exclusively of hair that is the exact same length. | ||

| A | : | It depends on how fast your natural hair grow. Ideally, you can have your hair extensions on for 3 – 6 months. | ||

| A | : | The minimum order quantity for our weft is 3 packs. However there is no minimum order quantity for our closures, in fact you can even order just a piece. | ||

| A | : | Our team of hair experts source our hair in different parts of the Philippines. They search for good quality virgin Filipino remy hair, and encourage ladies to sell their hair. Most of our hair are sourced from provinces where women don’t use much hair treatments and chemicals to their hair, preserving the natural virgin state of their hair. | ||

| A | : | No, we don’t use chemicals in removing nits and lice. The process is manually and meticulously done by our assigned staff. | ||

| A | : | Straight hair is measured in its natural state while our wavy and curly hair are measured on its curled state. | ||
| Q | : | What is the density of your wefts and closures? | ||
| A | : | The standard density that we are using is density 2. But our wefts may come in 5 densities. Density 1 as the thinnest and density 5 as the thickest. We customize density according to the client’s needs. We use light density for our closures. | ||

| A | : | Our hair is 100% human Remy hair, so you would care for it just as you would with your very own hair. Wash the hair in one direction, from top to bottom. You may use your desired shampoo and conditioner. | ||

| A | : | Absolutely, as they are 100% human hair, you may use hot tools like flat irons and curling rods, and you may dye them as well. We recommend you to use heat protector before using hot tools on you extensions the same way as you would with your own hair. We also recommend you to use only mild chemicals for hair treatments. This will prolong the lifespan of your hair extensions. | ||

| Q | : | How to determine your wig cap size? | ||
| A | : | Please follow the four (4) steps below: 1. Circumference Measure all around the head. Position tape measure so that its edge follow the hairline around the head and the nape of the neck. 2. Forehead to Nape Start the tape from the center of the front of your hairline, to the hairline at the nape of the neck. 3. Temple to Temple Across Forehead Start at your temple, and bring tape measure around the back of your head to reach the other temple. 4. Side to side Over Top Starts at the right side behind the ear, go across to the top of the head directly to the left side of ear. 5. Nape Measure the width of the hairline across the nape of the neck. | ||
