Warranty Statement

All our products are guaranteed of warranty service against any defects in workmanship and material. Buyer may claim warranty service within 7 days of receiving the original order for the following noticeable defect or issues;
  • Weight
  • Hairstyle
  • Density
  • Quantity
  • Length
  • Size(applicable to closure and wig)
  • Color
  • Texture
  • Defect in hair itself

On the other hand, the buyer may claim warranty service within 30 days of receiving the original order if the problem is shedding and tangling.

For products produced by La Filipina where the materials were supplied by client, warranty is limited only to workmanship.

Any products returned not eligible for warranty service will not be accepted.

Disclaimer: Alteration of products such as coloring, bleaching, styling, straightening and perming will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with the hair product(s) you have purchased, please contact La Filipina first at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you solve any complaints or problems you may have encountered.

Products supplied by La Filipina will be accepted for EXCHANGE only under the following circumstances:

  • Hair products must be returned within 7 days of receiving the original order if the issue is weight, hairstyle, density, quality, length, size (applicable for closure and wig), color, texture and hair itself and 30 days if the issue is shedding and tangling.
  • An Invoice number and the exact date when the items was received must be provided.
  • Any product returned that do not meet our Exchange Criteria will not be accepted.

Follow these steps for Replacement due to defects in workmanship and material:

Step 1. Email us at [email protected] with a brief description of why you like to return your items. Please do not send back the products until you receive a response from us.
Step 2. After we received your complaint, you will be ask to provide the Invoice Number, the exact date that you received the items, and some valid proofs like photos about the complaint.
Step 3. Once a complaint is proven valid, you will received an email from us asking to return the hair.
Step 4. Pack the product and invoice properly for shipping and sent via cheapest postal service like USPS. Please indicate on the package, "RETURN, NO DUTIES”. You will shoulder the shipping cost first but we will refund it once we received the items.
Step 5. You will be ask to provide us the tracking number or the returned items. Failure to provide it will result to delay in production of your replacement.
Step 6. Upon tracking the return items, we will start the production for the replacement but we will only ship it after we have received and inspected your returned items.
Step 7. We will process your refund for the shipping cost after we have received and inspected your returned items.
